Between the two of us, we've spent more than two decades supporting hundreds of families through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, feeding, recovery, and everything in between.

Today, we co-direct The Liberated Birth Doula Agency: a team of skilled birth and postpartum doulas serving families throughout the DMV.

We built this agency around something pretty simple: good doulas deserve good teams, and families deserve really good care.
