Every family’s postpartum needs look different. Some families want a few weeks of support while others want longer-term care during the transition into life with a new baby. Our packages are designed to give families flexibility while ensuring they receive meaningful hands-on postpartum support.

  • Our overnight postpartum shifts usually begin at a minimum of 8 hours per night and can increase according to your needs.

  • Doulas may rest during quiet periods once baby has been fed, changed, soothed, and settled safely back to sleep, and all overnight tasks have been completed.

    Resting for doulas may include reading, quietly watching a show with headphones, or taking a light nap.

  • Yes. We can bring baby to you for feedings, help support more comfortable overnight feeding routines, assist with latch support, and handle resettling baby afterward so you can return to sleep more quickly.

  • Overnight postpartum support can be especially helpful during physical recovery. We help reduce some of the physical demands of nighttime newborn care so parents can focus more fully on healing and rest.
